LBU Budget Calculator
I was tasked with creating a budget calculator for potential students and current students to use to help them create yearly, monthly and weekly budgets. This was origiannly built in javascript and was then rebuilt using REACT.
A user would first select an accommodation (the universities accommodation buildings and room types were dynamically brought in from Sitecore).
They would then enter in any utility payments such as electric or wifi.
A user would then get the option to enter any other bills they may have such as weekly food shop or their mobile phone bill etc.
The user will then get a screen that shows them the totals of their outgoings.
The option to enter an income was given to allow the student to see if their maintainence loan would cover their outgoings or if they would need to get a job.
